53rd Infantry Battalion (NSW) Shoulder Patch : Black and Green verticle on both shoulders

60th Infantry Battalion (VIC) Shoulder Patch : White and Red verticle on both shoulders

Which fought on the Western Front as part of the Australian Fifth Infantry Division.

Please note the London Bus passengers will be Australian soldiers from the 9th Battalion.
