WH030 Beach Obstacles

These beach obstacles, sometimes known as “Czech Hedgehogs”, were scattered in their thousands all along the beaches and bays of occupied Europe. Using old steel railway lines they were welded together and could rip the bottom out of any landing craft unfortunate enough to run over them at high tide.
